Order Cancellation & Return Policy

Customers may request order cancellation by sending an email before the product is dispatched. If the cancellation is requested due to a customer mistake (e.g., wrong order), 10% of the order value + processing fee + shipping charges will be deducted. If the order has already been dispatched, the same deductions (10% + processing fee + shipping charges) will apply upon cancellation.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is sealed and unused
  • The product delivered is incorrect, incomplete, or different from what was ordered
  • Customers are advised not to accept delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered.

If a product is received damaged or defective:

  • The warranty and support are provided directly by the manufacturer
  • The company is not responsible for manufacturer defects

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must send the product via a courier service.

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

If the product has been opened or used, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

If the company is unable to dispatch the product within 20 working days, customers are eligible for a full refund upon request.
